2.The product are used for three coppe-melting such as red,white,and purple copper,which all the furnace charge should meet six requirements:

1)  Good physical and chemical stability. It is not easy to react with molten metal.

2)  Do not react with such insoluble elements as Mn, Al, Ni in copper water, with the feature of anti- erosion for copper water, little sticky residue, easy to clean and maintain the integrity of furnace lining.

3)  High intensity, only the density and high-strength material can be resistant to erosion and secure long-term operation.

4) Good thermal shock stability, low thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity. It can solve hot and cold change in the furnace due to continuously dumping solution.

5) Good anti-shrinkage and impermeability performance. It can adapt to repeated shutdown and melting and does not have cracking phenomenon.

6) Long service life and widespread application.  Performance requirements apply to all kinds of melting copper.
