Processing method:

Profiles with teeth made and strips inserted---to roll and to achieve tightness of profiles.

Function:(Product after feeding---rolling tightly)

1. Special equipment manufactured for thermal barrier aluminum profile. Crimping of aluminum profiles for thermal break at the dedicated section to obtain a thermal break profile uses 6 pairs rolling - discs.  It is used to press and fasten the profile with thermal barrier strips.
2. Adopts three sets of roller to roll the combination of strip and aluminum profile tightly.

1st unit: guiding and pre-crimping

2nd unit: main crimping force applied

3rd unit: crimping and correction (horizontally and vertically)

Features:

1. 6 synchronous driven discs, stepless speed regulation through the frequency converter.
2. Units 1 adjustable for width by CNC

5. Fully horizontal and vertical adjustment (for straightness correction of assembled section)

8. The whole height of all three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs can be adjusted by CNC that depends on the aluminum profiles.
9. The CNC system is OMRON brand imported from Japan, with high quality that ensures the speed and accuracy.
10. EMS computer memory system can store different programs for different profiles for processing.
11. Values of pressure and horizontal width of three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs, vertical heightof 4 upper “Vulkollan”-surfaced horizontal rollers, the whole vertical height of three sets (six pairs or 12 pieces) rolling-discs and rotating speed of the motor is showed clearly on the color touch screen. Create a file with the same name of the processing profile according to edit and store the five values. Find out the file from menu ＂product library＂　when processing the same profile, adjust the five equipment parts to the place by computer at the same time, which is more convenient and efficient in processing various aluminum profiles.
