Fralco immersion heater is protected by a SIALON sheath, 6.3-40kw wire rod, one set of thermocouple with self-protection sheath, and one seals inside the sheath, wire and quick coupling outside the sheath. This heat is then dissipated directly into the melt, reducing the power consumption compared with other types of heating.
